入排标准
入选标准
- •1)Patients suffering from chronic periodontitis.
- •2)Patients between age group 30-60 years.
- •3)Probing pocket depth >=5mm.
- •4)Clinical attachment loss >=3mm.
- •5)Number of remaining teeth >=20 excluding third molars.
- •6)Systemically healthy patients.
- •7)Patients with no history of allergy to drugs used or prescribed inthis study.
排除标准
- •1)History of underlying systemic disease.
- •2)Pregnant and lactating females.
- •3)Patients who have undergone periodontal treatment within a period of 6 months.
- •4)Under antibiotic/NSAIDS treatment during past 6 months.
- •5)Patients with plaque index > 1 and who donâ??t follow oral hygiene instructions after phase I therapy.
- •6)Patients on steroid therapy and oral contraceptives.
- •7)History of tobacco chewing and current or former smoker.
- •8)Patients who did not accept terms and conditions of the study.
