(1) Gender: male or non-pregnant or lactating female;
(2) Age 18-80 years old;
(3) ECOG score <= 1;
(4) Histopathologically diagnosed as adenocarcinoma/mucinous adenocarcinoma;
(5) For newly treated patients with unilateral colorectal cancer, the intraoperative tumor stage is cT4N0-2M1, and CRS resection is feasible;
(6) Laboratory examination within 2 weeks before enrollment: neutrophil count >= 2.0 x 10^9/L, platelet count >= 100 x 10^9 /L, hemoglobin >= 90g/L, serum total bilirubin <= 1.5 x ULN, Alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase<= 2.5 x ULN, blood creatinine <= 1.5 x ULN;
(7) Sign the informed consent form voluntarily.
(1) Combined with primary malignant tumors of other organs (now or within the past 5 years) (except for patients with skin basal cell carcinoma and cervical carcinoma in situ receiving radical treatment);
(2) Severe abdominal cavity infection or extensive abdominal cavity adhesions form an unbreakable partition;
(3) Transition to open surgery or emergency surgery due to perforation or obstruction;
(4) Any M1 or R0 resection is not found during the operation;
(5) Patients with chickenpox or shingles;
(6) Severe cardiopulmonary, vascular disease, mental illness or drug abuse.
