1.neurogenic claudication 2. Age of the patient between 50-70 years 3. Body mass index (BMI) Between 20-32 4. Duration of symptoms more than 1 month and less than 1 year 5. Visual Analog Scale <7-MRI Confirmation of lumbar canal stenosis
1-Diabetes mellitus 2-Neuropathy 3-Spondylolisthesis 4-Extruded disk 5-Knee-arthritis of grade 4 6-Scoliosis 7-pregnancy 8- previous lumbar spine surgery 9-Clinical or laboratory evidence of infection 10-Coagulopathy 11-Symptoms of cauda equina syndrome
