Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Age group 18\-60 years.
  • •2\. Either gender
  • •3\. Understand and speak fluently in English,
  • •Hindi language.
  • •4\. Common Mental Health Disorder as diagnosed
  • •by a psychiatrist.
  • •5\. Diagnosis of minimum of 6 months duration of
  • •6\. Already on stabilized dosage of medications.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Mental retardation.
  • •2\. Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
  • •3\. Dissociate Disorder
  • •4\. Any other substance dependency disorder (F:10 \-F19\) Mental and behavioural disorder due to psychoactive substance use
  • •5\. Persons with Suicidal ideations
  • •6\. Any other neurological condition.
  • •7\. Currently undergoing any other psychotherapy.
