Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Age group 18\-60 years.
- •2\. Either gender
- •3\. Understand and speak fluently in English,
- •Hindi language.
- •4\. Common Mental Health Disorder as diagnosed
- •by a psychiatrist.
- •5\. Diagnosis of minimum of 6 months duration of
- •6\. Already on stabilized dosage of medications.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Mental retardation.
- •2\. Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
- •3\. Dissociate Disorder
- •4\. Any other substance dependency disorder (F:10 \-F19\) Mental and behavioural disorder due to psychoactive substance use
- •5\. Persons with Suicidal ideations
- •6\. Any other neurological condition.
- •7\. Currently undergoing any other psychotherapy.
