1. Age group 18-60 years.
2. Either gender
3. Understand and speak fluently in English,
Hindi language.
4. Common Mental Health Disorder as diagnosed
by a psychiatrist.
5. Diagnosis of minimum of 6 months duration of
illness.
6. Already on stabilized dosage of medications.
1. Mental retardation.
2. Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
3. Dissociate Disorder
4. Any other substance dependency disorder (F:10 -F19) Mental and behavioural disorder due to psychoactive substance use
5. Persons with Suicidal ideations
6. Any other neurological condition.
7. Currently undergoing any other psychotherapy.
