Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA\-PS I AND II
- •POSTED FOR CLAVICLE SURGERY
- •BMI \<35kg/m2
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patient not willing to consent for the procedure
- •Local infection/open wound/ distorted anatomy in the affected side of the neck and supraclavicular area due to haematoma/ swelling.
- •All respiratory/ pleural disease compromising respiration/ history of OSA
- •Any indicators of difficult airway or history of difficult airway management
- •Haemodynamic instability
- •Allergic history to any local anaesthetics
- •Coagulopathy
- •Patients having undergone radiotherapy of neck region
