Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • ASA-PS I AND II
  • POSTED FOR CLAVICLE SURGERY
  • BMI <35kg/m2

Exclusion Criteria

  • Patient not willing to consent for the procedure
  • Local infection/open wound/ distorted anatomy in the affected side of the neck and supraclavicular area due to haematoma/ swelling.
  • All respiratory/ pleural disease compromising respiration/ history of OSA
  • Any indicators of difficult airway or history of difficult airway management
  • Haemodynamic instability
  • Allergic history to any local anaesthetics
  • Coagulopathy
  • Patients having undergone radiotherapy of neck region
