Inclusion Criteria
ASA-PS I AND II
POSTED FOR CLAVICLE SURGERY
BMI <35kg/m2
Exclusion Criteria
Patient not willing to consent for the procedure
Local infection/open wound/ distorted anatomy in the affected side of the neck and supraclavicular area due to haematoma/ swelling.
All respiratory/ pleural disease compromising respiration/ history of OSA
Any indicators of difficult airway or history of difficult airway management
Haemodynamic instability
Allergic history to any local anaesthetics
Coagulopathy
Neuropathy
Patients having undergone radiotherapy of neck region
Pregnancy
