Part A : Asses In-vivo Glycemic Index of millet foods
Inclusion criteria
Healthy non-diabetic subjects (male & female)
Age: 19-39 years
BMI: 18.5-23.5 kg/ m2
Fasting blood glucose level < 110 mg/dL
Part B : Testing the identified low glycemic index millet foods in people with Diabetes
Part A : Asses In-vivo Glycemic Index of millet foods
Exclusion Criteria:
Subjects with food allergy, chronic disease or on medication
Pregnant/ lactating women
Smokers
Consuming > 2 alcohol servings per week
Part B : Testing the identified low glycemic index millet foods in people with Diabetes

Subjects with food allergy, Gastro-intestinal disorders or on medication for other comorbidities
