Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Male and Female Kabaddi players with age group 18 to 30 years.
- •2\. Practicing 3 times a week with experience \=1 year.
- •3\. High CMAS (\=7\).
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. History of lower limb injury or surgery in last 6 months.
- •2\. Any abnormal potentiates to reduce lower limb performance.
- •3\. Pain or Discomfort while performing movements and test
- •included in the study.
