Have at least a bachelor's degree in nursing
The minimum work experience is 6 months in the emergency department
Having a smartphone or tablet and any other digital device with the ability to install the social network telegram
Exclusion Criteria
Unwillingness to participate in the study

Name Time Method urses' Knowledge Score in disaster preparedness questionnaire: In this research, disaster preparedness knowledge is the score achieved from response to 27 awareness-gauging questions (minimum score of 0 and maximum 27) in disaster preparedness questionnaire. Timepoint: Before and after the intervention. Method of measurement: Disaster preparedness questionnaire.;Nurses' Attitude Score in the Disaster Readiness Questionnaire: In this research, from the point of view of disaster preparedness, the score obtained from answering 20 questions in crisis management and planning for disaster management (minimum score 20 and maximum 80). Timepoint: Before and after the intervention. Method of measurement: Disaster preparedness questionnaire.
