1.Confirmed diagnosis with mild, moderate or severe COPD as per GOLD criteria
2.Have basic digital literacy
3.Can read English or Hindi
4.Consent to participate in the study
1.Patients with coexisting non-COPD pulmonary conditions (e.g., lung cancer, asthma, sarcoidosis, active tuberculosis, lung fibrosis, chronic pulmonary aspergillosis, allergic Broncho-pulmonary aspergillosis, interstitial lung disease)
2.Exacerbation in the past four weeks (at the time of recruitment)
3.Prior lung-volume reduction surgery and/or lung transplant
4.Long-term supplemental oxygen =12h/day
5. >6 weeks of oral corticosteroids
6.Serious or uncontrolled comorbidities (including severe psychological disorders) likely to interfere with the study.
