Inclusion Criteria
1. Adolescents, aged 15 to 18
2. Low to moderate self-esteem (Revised Rosenberg Self-esteem score < 30)
3. Able to communicate in Thai
4. Able to access internet
Exclusion Criteria
1. Moderate to severe intellectual disability
2. Severe psychiatric illness
3. Participate less than 6 sessions
