ow intensity statin can reduce LDL-C in type2 diabetic patients more than 30%, which is greater than the average percentage of LDL-C reductions according to the statin intensity according to 2013 ACC/AHA guideline. Moderately intensity statin was not different (30-50%).

入选标准
- •1.Type 2 diabetic patient in Bangbo hospital
- •2. Age > 15 year olds
- •3.LDL-C before treatment > 100 mg/dl
- •4. Treatment of hyperlipidemia with simvastatin (10, 20, 40 mg ) or atorvastatin 20 mg
- •5. Received at least 3 months of treatment, and LDL-C levels were monitored before and at least 3 months after dosing
排除标准
- •1. Patients without LDL-C testing before and after drug administration
- •2. Patients were previously treated with statins elsewhere.
