- •1.Subjects Who will give written consent.
- •2.Subjects who are not practicing any form of Yoga or exercise in the past.
- •3.Subjects who are at High Risk of CVD (Diabetics, Hypertensive, Overweight, Obese, Dyslipidemic)
排除标准
- •1.Subjects with previously diagnosed Coronary Artery Disease.
- •2.Subjects who are already performing a healthy routine physical activity in last three months.
- •3.Pregnant and nursing mothers.
- •4.Subjects having severe disabilities like Kyphosis, Scoliosis, Osteoarthritis.
- •5.Subjects with Mental Illness.
- •6.Subject with Acute and Chronic Kidney Disease.
