Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Subjects Who will give written consent.
  • •2\.Subjects who are not practicing any form of Yoga or exercise in the past.
  • •3\.Subjects who are at High Risk of CVD (Diabetics, Hypertensive, Overweight, Obese, Dyslipidemic)

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Subjects with previously diagnosed Coronary Artery Disease.
  • •2\.Subjects who are already performing a healthy routine physical activity in last three months.
  • •3\.Pregnant and nursing mothers.
  • •4\.Subjects having severe disabilities like Kyphosis, Scoliosis, Osteoarthritis.
  • •5\.Subjects with Mental Illness.
  • •6\.Subject with Acute and Chronic Kidney Disease.
