- •3. American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) class 1 and 2 patients

- •1. patients with maxillofacial deformities or fractures
- •2.patients with preoperatively anticipated difficult airway
- •3.anatomical deformity of neck or face region
- •4.modified anaesthetic procedure
