简要总结
Pitted keratolysis is a common infective skin disease caused by gram-positive bacteria affecting the soles of feet. Fusidic Acid is one antibiotic that is a frequently applied topically to treat infections of the skin and soft tissues. It is one of the mainstay treatments in Pitted Keratolysis. Benzoyl peroxide having antimicrobial as well as keratolytic properties is being used for the treatment for acne vulgaris and is one of the newer treatment modalities for Pitted Keratolysis. This Study is undertaken to Determine the Efficacy and Safety of 5% Benzoyl Peroxide Versus Fusidic Acid in the Treatment of Pitted Keratolysis.
