Patients of acute & chronic urticaria aged between 18-75 years.
Patients who are willing to give written informed consent
Patients with minimum UAS of 5 or greater than it
Patients with : Urticarial vasculitis
Senile prutitus
Drug induced urticaria
Herediatary angioedema will be excluded
Patient taken antihistaminic in last 4 weeks
Patient taken corticosteroid in last 4 weeks
Patient having known hypersensitivity to the drug
Patients on immunosuppressive therapy ( cyclosporine, methotrexate, azathioprine)
Pregnant and lactating females
