- 1.To study and compare the significant changes in the patient’s symptomatology with sonological findings and clinical symptoms in the management of renal calculi before and after the administration of Pareira brava and individualized homoeopathic medicines.

A Prospective quasi experimental study will be conducted at Government Homoeopathic Medical college, Thiruvananthapuram over a period of one year. 48 patients ( both male and female) aged between 20 - 59 years with renal calculi confirmed by ultrasound abdomen and pelvis upto the stone size 8mm is selected and divided into two groups. One group will be given (A) Pareira brava and the other group (B) Individualised homoeopathic medicines .The study aims to evaluate and compare the effectiveness of Pareira brava and individualised homoeopathic medicines in managing the renal calculi.

- •Patient with Renal calculi confirmed by ultrasound abdomen and pelvis.
- •2.Males and females aged 20-59 years,regardless of socioeconomic status.
- •3.Stone size up to 8mm.
排除标准
- •Patients with complications like severe hydronephrosis.
- •Patients with severe systemic illnesses (e.g., hypertension, diabetes mellitus).
- •Patients with significant developmental or structural abnormalities of the renal tract.
- •Pregnant or lactating women.
- •Patients requiring emergency management.
