1. male
2. aged 20-64 years
3. living in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, Chiba
4. workers full-time, day shift, working Monday-Friday
5. eating lunch habitually
5. less than 25 points of the Epicurean tendency scale
Exclusion Criteria
1. female
2. under 20 years old, over 65 years old
3. address outside Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, Chiba
4. not working, working at night, working on weekends
5. not eating lunch habitually
6. more than 25 points of the Epicurean tendency scale
