Inclusion Criteria
18 years, chronic wound longer than 8 weeks, size of the wound >4cm², adequate treatment of the disease is carried out.
Exclusion Criteria
• acute wounds
• other types of chronic wounds
• dependency
• pregnancy and lactation
• allergy against the ingredients of the hemoglobin spray
• infection of the wound
• sklerosis of the wound ground
• Severe systemic diseases (ASA<4) like renal failure and cancer

Name Time Method The content of oxygenated hemoglobin is measured before the application of the hemoglobin spray, 5 min and 20 min after with photoacustic tomography.
