Inclusion Criteria
ASA grade I and Grade II Patients
- Age 18 - 65 years of age of either sex
- Patients undergoing elective surgery under General Anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
- Patient refusal,
- Pregnant or lactating women
- Patient with known sensitivity to neuromuscular drug
- Anticipated Difficult airway
- Patient on medication with antidepressents, anticonvulsants or antihistamine within one
-week before the study
- History of alcoholism, neurologic, psychiatric or respiratory diseases.
- Patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension and obese patients or any severe systemic disease.
- Cardio-vascular diseases including ischemic heart disease.
