Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •ASA grade I and Grade II Patients
  • •\- Age 18 \- 65 years of age of either sex
  • •\- Patients undergoing elective surgery under General Anaesthesia

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\- Patient refusal,
  • •\- Pregnant or lactating women
  • •\- Patient with known sensitivity to neuromuscular drug
  • •\- Anticipated Difficult airway
  • •\- Patient on medication with antidepressents, anticonvulsants or antihistamine within one
  • •\-week before the study
  • •\- History of alcoholism, neurologic, psychiatric or respiratory diseases.
  • •\- Patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension and obese patients or any severe systemic disease.
  • •\- Cardio\-vascular diseases including ischemic heart disease.
