入选标准
- •ASA grade I and Grade II Patients
- •- Age 18 - 65 years of age of either sex
- •- Patients undergoing elective surgery under General Anaesthesia
排除标准
- •- Patient refusal,
- •- Pregnant or lactating women
- •- Patient with known sensitivity to neuromuscular drug
- •- Anticipated Difficult airway
- •- Patient on medication with antidepressents, anticonvulsants or antihistamine within one
- •-week before the study
- •- History of alcoholism, neurologic, psychiatric or respiratory diseases.
- •- Patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension and obese patients or any severe systemic disease.
- •- Cardio-vascular diseases including ischemic heart disease.
