  • •male patients over 70 years of age ASA I\-II\-III undergoing bladder transurethral resection.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •patients with previous myocardial infarct, patients with angina pectoris, valvular diseases, sepsi, coagulopathy, allergy to local anaesthetics, infection at site of injection.
