Included in the standard
? Patients diagnosed as stroke by clinical assessment and comprehensive imaging examination met the diagnostic criteria set by the national Cerebrovascular Academic Conference in 2014;
?Fugl-Meyer motor function score confirmed motor dysfunction, and the score was >1 in the combined exercise assessment program.
? 18-70 years old, male or female;
? No cognitive impairment or communication disorder, simple mental state examination (MMSE) score of 27 or more;
? The first onset, the course of disease 2 weeks to 1 year.
Exclusion criteria
? Patients with cardiopulmonary diseases and other serious systemic diseases cannot tolerate rehabilitation treatment;
? Patients with diagnosed mental illness, major depression (suicidal tendency) or epilepsy, or family history of mental illness or epilepsy;
? Serious systemic diseases such as diabetes and uremia;
(4) severe joint contracture;
(5) Suffering from any cause of consciousness disorders;
? According to the safety guidelines, there are contraindications for TMS, such as metal foreign bodies or other implanted electronic devices;
? The application of drugs to change the excitability of cerebral cortex (antiepileptic drugs, sedative hypnotic drugs, etc.).
