Inclusion Criteria
1)Presence of Ruk, Toda, Stambha and Spandana in the sphik, kati, uru, janu, Jangha and Pada.
2)Sakthiutkshepa nigruhyata(S L R Test) and Slump Test in affected leg as objective measure for diagosis as well as for improvement of the treatment.
3)Patients between the ages of 18-60years.
Exclusion Criteria
1)Pregnant/lactating woman
2)Patient suffering from pathological condition like bone tumor, spine tuberculosis etc.
3)Patient who have taken medicine of corticosteroid drugs or immunosuppressant or other biological medicines within last 6 months.
4)patient with diabetes mellitus and with other chronic disorders which may affect the outcome of the study.
