Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All children aged 1 month to 18 years who are intubated and placed on mechanical ventilation.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Children on NIV.
- •Children who are hemodynamically unstable.
- •Children who are already on High Frequency Oscillatory ventilation.
- •Children with large pleural effusions, Children with ICD in situ, empyema, Ascites, Intra abdominal hypertension ( \>12mmHg), Mediastinal mass.
- •Refusal of consent to participate in study.
