入选标准
- •1 Acute kidney injury (AKI) - AKIN stage 1 and 2
- •2 Systolic BP > 100 mm Hg with or without vasopressors
- •3 Patients on norepinephrine infusion < 10 mcg per minute dose requirement
排除标准
- •1 Pre existing CKD
- •2 AKI- AKIN stage 3
- •3 Significant Heart diseases including cardiac failure
- •4 Chronic liver disease
- •5 Significant hemodynamic instability
- •6 Hypotension SBP < 100 mm Hg with or without vasopressors
- •7 Patients on norepinephrine infusion > 10 mcg per minute dose requirement
- •8 Patients requiring 2 or more vasopressors
- •9 Major electrolyte disturbances
- •10 Na < 120, > 160 mmol/L
- •11 DI, SIADH and other major disorders affecting serum Na levels
