Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •(1\) over 65 years of age
- •(2\) right hemisphere stroke confirmed by a computed tomography scan or magnetic resonance imaging
- •(3\) first\-ever ischemic or hemorrhage stroke
- •(4\) intact global cognitive function confirmed by the Korean version of Mini\-Mental State Examination score ≥ 24
- •(5\) time since stroke onset ≥ 6 months
- •(6\) presence of hemi\-spatial neglect diagnosed by performance on the Line Bisection Test.
Exclusion Criteria
- •(1\) left upper limb sensory deficit or impairment
- •(2\) visual impairment
- •(3\) the modified Ashworth scale score for left hand muscle tone ≥ 2
- •(4\) orthopedic conditions involving left upper limb
- •(5\) apraxia.
