Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • (1\) over 65 years of age
  • (2\) right hemisphere stroke confirmed by a computed tomography scan or magnetic resonance imaging
  • (3\) first\-ever ischemic or hemorrhage stroke
  • (4\) intact global cognitive function confirmed by the Korean version of Mini\-Mental State Examination score ≥ 24
  • (5\) time since stroke onset ≥ 6 months
  • (6\) presence of hemi\-spatial neglect diagnosed by performance on the Line Bisection Test.

Exclusion Criteria

  • (1\) left upper limb sensory deficit or impairment
  • (2\) visual impairment
  • (3\) the modified Ashworth scale score for left hand muscle tone ≥ 2
  • (4\) orthopedic conditions involving left upper limb
  • (5\) apraxia.
