入选标准
- •A person who have chronic lung disease(Interstitial lung disease including COPD, Asthma, lung cancer, lung metastasis, ILD, TB destroyed lung, etc.)
- •\- A person who is the degree of dyspnea of pulmonary parenchymal disease is 2 mMRC points or more, or the COPD assessment test (CAT) score of 10 points or more for respiratory symptoms is selected
排除标准
- •\- A person who is not included in the criteria for inclusion of study subjects
- •\- Patients with chronic respiratory failure due to respiratory muscle paralysis caused by neuromuscular disease
- •\- A person who cannot walk
- •\- A person who complains of severe dyspnea to the extent that it is difficult to perform a cardiopulmonary exercise stress test
- •\- A person who have a severe comorbid illness that may affect your motor ability
- •\- A person who is a cognitive decline that cannot be performed by understanding the test
- •\- A person who is unable to perform gas analysis using a mask because he/she is already using oxygen
- •\- Other persons deemed inappropriate by the person in charge of research to participate in the examination
