* Children with congenital adrenal hyperplasia due to 21 hydroxylase deficientie
* Age between 4 and 18 years
* Able to collect saliva

Exclusion Criteria

* Other forms of CAH
* Not able to collect saliva
* Chronical medication use other than related to CAH
