Inclusion Criteria
- •The selection criteria were female students who reported irregular menstruation and less than 10 times of menstruation in a year.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Exclusion criteria were female students taking oral contraceptive pills (estrogen, progestin) or other drugs associated with menstrual disorder, or those under pertinent care.
