入排标准
入选标准
- •1.Patient with chronic periodontitis as clinically evidenced by gingivitis together with mild to moderate periodontal pockets
- •2.Clinically and radiographically evidence of bone loss
- •3.Should have at least probing depth of more than 5mm.
排除标准
- •1.Patients with ongoing antibiotic therapy
- •2.Patients with systemic diseases history of diabetes, liver and kidney disease, neurological deficiencies
- •3.Pregnancy, lactating and smoking
- •4.Patients undergone surgical or nonsurgical therapy with in 6 months prior the study.
- •5.Patients with periapical abscess or periodontal abscess.
- •6.Patients who are deemed to be uncooperative.
- •7.Patients with poor oral hygiene.
