- •University level overhead athletes.
- •Undergoes sports specific training twice per week.
- •Have not been injured in the upper limb in the 6 months prior to study.
排除标准
- •Had a previous injury to shoulder and elbow.
- •Have any recent localized injuries, infections, inflammation, degenerative conditions, radiculopathy or neuropathy affecting the neck or upper limbs, or a hernia in the cervical disc.
