Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •The inclusion criteria are: (a) the individual should be a confirmed diabetic with no serious co\-morbidities; (b) he/she should be able to use mobile phones and communicate in local language Kannada or in English; (c) he/she should agree to provide a consent to participate in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Individuals with critical illness and who doesnâ??t have mobile phone access were excluded from the study.
