Students who do not engage in physical activity. Students with upper trapezius trigger point, with or without pain
radiating to head or upper extremity on the side of the trigger point.
Long-term corticosteroid therapy over the upper trapezius.
Coagulation disorders or anticoagulant therapy
On Analgesic medication
Specific cause for neck pain:Local infection, nerve root compression, cervical disc herniation, myelopathy, spinal stenosis, spondylosis, trigger point injections within previous 2 months, previous Upper back and cervical spine surgeries within a year
