- •All trauma victims between age of 18-60 years admitted to triage and requiring ventilatory support anytime between day 0 to day 7 of admission.
排除标准
- •1.Early Sepsis â?? within 3 days
- •2.Any kind of shock in first 24 hours after hospitalization
- •3.Pancreatitis
- •4.Age >60 years
- •6.CLD-Chronic liver disease
- •7.Moderate to severe brain Injury
- •8.Blunt trauma Chest injury
- •9.Patients benefited with IV albumin supplementation in first 3 days
