Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •age: 18 \- 80 years

Exclusion Criteria

  • •operation on the lower extremity in the past
  • •Achilles tendon rupture or foot fracture in the past
  • •Doctor visit caused by lower extremity injury during the last six months
  • •persistent ankle instability (Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool: \< 26 points on one or both sides)
  • •body mass index: 30 or more
  • •intolerance: medical tape
  • •dermatological disease on lower extremity
