Inclusion Criteria
1.Age>18 years old;
2.Meet the Roman IV diagnostic criteria for IBS;
3.Participate in the study voluntarily and sign the informed consent.
Note: Inclusion will be required if all of the above conditions are met.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Previous colonoscopy, meal barium fluoroscopy, abdominal ultrasound and other examinations found severe intestinal organic lesions (including but not limited to ulcerative colitis, familial multiple intestinal polyps, colorectal cancer patients);
2.Unconscious, unable to express subjective symptoms of discomfort and clearly diagnosed severe mental disorders;
3.Unwilling to participate in the accompanying visitors.
Note: Patients who meet any of the above criteria will be excluded.
