Brief Summary

PMRT group had a significantly higher incidences of grade III-IV capsular contracture in implant-based reconstruction at the mean follow up time 54 months. However, autologous complications rates were not significantly different between with and without PMRT.

underwent mastectomy and immediate breast reconstruction in a one-stage

Exclusion Criteria

patients who performed for palliative surgery or cosmetic purposes
patients who received reconstruction with pedicled omental flap by general surgeons
