Inclusion Criteria
individuals of both genders who ride a bike everyday for approximately 1 hour per day or more and have pain in there neck or shoulder.
Exclusion Criteria
participants having pain secondary to trauma, spondylitis, infection in neck and shoulder region and participants already undergoing treatment for pain during or prior commencement of the study.
