1. Conscious, alert & oriented stroke patients of all genders aged between 35 and 70 years from a Tertiary Healthcare Center in Belgaum & Community Dwelling Stroke patients.
2. Patients who have the ability to understand and follow instructions.
3. Patients who are ambulatory with or without an assistive device will both be included.
4. Patients who are able to walk atleast 10-12 meters of distance.
5. Spasticity of paretic lower limb muscles ranged from 1 to 3 according to the Modified Ashworth Scale.
6. Participants willing to participate in the study.
The patients with â??
1. Neuropsychiatric disorders
2. Alcohol abuse
3. Patients on drugs like anti-depressants, sedatives, muscle relaxants
4. Medical or orthopaedic conditions that hamper ambulation
5. Injuries or ulcers over the soles of the feet
6. Severe auditory or visual impairments that are incorrectable
7. Lower limb fractures
8. History of cerebellar infarct, brain tumor, etc
9. Rigidity, ataxia, or other Cerebellar or Basal Ganglia signs or symptoms
10. Traumatic Brain Injury
11. The ones who are unwilling to participate in the study will all be excluded from the study
