- •2.Locally advanced stage IV HNCs suitable for palliative radiotherapy treatment only.

- •1.Patient treated previously with chemotherapy or radiotherapy.
- •2.Patients having diagnosis of carcinoma nasopharynx.
- •3.Patients having co-morbidities like uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disorders.
