Inclusion Criteria
1.Adult patients with histopathological proven head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
2.Locally advanced stage IV HNCs suitable for palliative radiotherapy treatment only.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patient treated previously with chemotherapy or radiotherapy.
2.Patients having diagnosis of carcinoma nasopharynx.
3.Patients having co-morbidities like uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disorders.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1. Quality of life assessment <br/ ><br>2. Evaluation acute radiation toxicities <br/ ><br>3. Response assessmentTimepoint: Patients will be assessed for quality of life before starting treatment and then at 6 monthly follow up. Patients will also be assessed weekly for radiation toxicities during treatment. <br/ ><br>Response to treatment will be assessed at 6 months.
