Inclusion Criteria

Participants with urine dipstick protein range = (+1).

Participants with Urine Albumin Creatinine Ratio (uACR) range:

Male (2.5-30 mg/mol)

Female (3.5-30 mg/mol)

Exclusion Criteria

Participants of diabetes presenting with other complications requiring emergency care and bedridden patients.

Participants with other systemic illnesses such as thyroid disease, cardiovascular diseases, psychiatric illness and immunosuppressed participants.

Participants with

Blood Urea Nitrogen (BUN) more than 20mg/dl

Serum Uric acid female more than 5.6 mg/dl

male more than 7 mg/dl

Serum creatinine female more than 0.9 mg/dl

male more than 1.2 mg/dl

Pregnant and lactating mothers
