1.American society of Anaesthesiologist (ASA) Physical Status I and II posted for endoscopic surgeries.
2.Patients of age 18-60 years of either sex.
3.Consenting patients posted for endoscopic surgeries like FESS, Endoscopic middle ear surgery.
4.Surgeries with a duration less than 2 hours (120 minutes).
1.Patient refusal.
2. Obese patients (BMI>=30.0)
3.Any CVS abnormality like hypertension, bradycardia <=60 beats per min, arrhythmias.
4.Bleeding disorders, Renal/Hepatic impairment, Recurrent surgeries, Anticoagulation therapy.
5. Endoscopic surgeries lasting less than 30 minutes and more than 120 minutes.
6.Allergy to study drugs.
