Inclusion Criteria

Stroke patients aged 50 to 70 years; The first episode of stroke; abcense of depressive symptom at the begining of study; No history of taking antidepressant before stroke; No contraindication for taking Sertraline and Nortriptyline; No history of aphasia
Exclusion criteria: Any history of CNS disorder e.g CVT, ALS, MS, Trauma; Any history of drug abuse; Ang contraindication for taking TCA e.g BPH, angle closure glaucoma, cardiovascular problem; Any history of liver and kidney problem
