- •Single-swallow pregnancy
- •Gestational age 28 to 32 weeks
- •Age of 35-18 years
- •Risk of no pregnancy (no baseline cardiac, pulmonary, thyroid, blood pressure, diabetes and thrombosis, according to a pregnant woman.)
- •Not having trouble communicating (distance problem, verbal problem, etc.
- •Average score of less than 62 in the self-efficacy tool
排除标准
- •A history of previous cesarean section
- •A history of mental illness or current infection as reported by the patient
- •Participation in Maternity Preparation Classes
- •Recent maladaptive events that lead to mental and emotional discomfort
- •Premature labor
