- •Diagnosed hypertensive patient > 3 months
- •Systolic blood pressure 130-179 mmHg
- •No medicine adjustment > 1 month
- •Be able to measure and record salt concentration in food regularly
- •Informed consent form for clinical research
排除标准
- •Pregnancy or lactation
- •Diagnosed ESRD
- •Medicine adjustment during the trial
- •Refuse or withdraw from the trial
- •Using diuretic drug within 2 weeks before urine measurement
- •Systolic blood pressure > 180 mmHg , diastolic blood pressure < 100 mmHg
- •Severe medical conditions such as hypotensive, kidney injury
- •Admitted in-hospital patient during the trial
