Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. patients complaining of white discharge PV with associated symptoms like lower back ache, generalized weakness, vulvar itching.
  • •2\. Hb% more than 9gm/dl
  • •3\. BMI 18\-25kg/m2

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. pregnant females
  • •2\. blood stained discharges PV
  • •3\. Diabetes mellitus
  • •4\. hypertension
  • •5\. chronic infections
  • •6\. malignant lesions of the genital tract
  • •7\. uterine fibroid
  • •8\. sexually transmitted diseases
  • •9\. venereal diseases
  • •10\. taking oral contraceptive pills and having Intra\-uterine contraceptive device inserted
