- •Patients refusal
- •Patients with history of respiratory and cardiovascular disease
- •Patients with history of glaucoma or any other OPTHALMIC condition other than myopia and HYPERMETROPIA
- •Patients with history of neurological illness
- •Patients with history of allergy to study drug
- •Patients with BMI >35kg/m2
